All massages include warm towel compresses, certified organic Ayurvedic Grade body oil, hot packs, aromatherapy, aura cleansing sprays, and a plant-powered broad-spectrum target relief cream. The 90- and 120-minute sessions also include an ultra-hydrating foot paraffin treatment. Our therapists may utilize warm stones, tri-doshic oil, kansa wands, as well as a percussive therapy tool. All of these are available upon request.

For pre- and postnatal mamas, we use an Ayurvedic Herbal oil explicitly developed for strengthening during the second and third trimesters and the postnatal stages. We also use a pre-postnatal pillow that allows you to lie face down safely or have comfort in the chest area during the nursing stages of life.
