“Holistic Ayurvedic” Spa
What it means & why we think it’s essential.
The holistic approach to health and wellness involves considering the health of the whole body, mind, and soul. Ayurveda, which prioritizes self-care, self-love, and attention to how our bodies interact with nature and our surroundings, is essential today. It is easy to practice and highly beneficial to our overall well-being. Ayurveda focuses on prevention rather than treating diseases or viruses, though it can help with that too.
Our spa is fully dedicated to Ayurveda. We offer traditional Ayurvedic services such as Shirodhara and Abhyanga, and every detail in our spa is designed to have an Ayurvedic benefit. We provide complimentary Ayurvedic loose herbal teas, healthy snacks, and beverages, and we use Ayurvedic herbs in all our massage oils. We also sell Ayurvedic herbal supplements and teas.
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, which focuses on the soul. On the other hand, Ayurveda is the science of the body and mind. They were never meant to be practiced separately. While yoga has become popular in mainstream culture, Ayurveda is finding its rightful place beside it. We can achieve optimal health and wellness for our body, mind, and soul by practicing the two sciences together.
